Like the rest of the Zoids anime, Fuzors takes place on Planet Zi; however there seems to be no obvious connections to any of the previous series. Even though it is not explicitly stated, it is generally considered that Fuzors takes place in its own continuity. The Fuzors model line places it in the same era as the three tigers, perhaps making it part of the Zoids battle story, though there are many discrepancies in the storyline.
