Kösaku learns Suzume is frightened of festivals, and the upcoming Kotobuki Shrine Festival makes Ibari so angry he has another heart attack. Hibari explains that the border between the Özora's and the Umiushi's territories passes through Kotobuki Shrine and every year they fight over who owns the festival. Ibari and the Umiushi boss are summoned by the Zenigame Groups boss who orders them to settle the matter with a baseball game.
