Sailing over the great Sea of Avalon, the girls discover an underwater kingdom of mermaid creatures. A merboy grabs Tamara’s Heart Stone and becomes human, but Tamara is transformed into a mermaid when she grabs the Magic Pearl. The other Jewel Riders must find the merboy who has run off to the magic atoll and convince him to give the Heart Stone back to Tamara. Meanwhile, in the undersea lagoon gardens, Tamar confronts a big sea dragon guarding his territory.
