Glinda's twin sister Melinda the Mean is accidentally invited and tries to ruin her sister's reputation in Munchkinland by posing as her. Melinda's lizard sidekick Sassy lures the real Glinda into a dragon's cave while posing as a Munchkin. Now Dorothy and her friends must find Glinda and get her back to Munchkinland before Melinda causes more trouble.
